Mt. Fuji seen from Yanagisawa Pass on Dec. 01, 2008

The Daibosatsu Pass and Mt. Gangaharasuriyama are in the direction of the north by northeast of Mt. Fuji.
They are located farther than the Fuji Five Lakes,
but when we watch Fuji from the places, we see Fuji soar in the air.

Well, Daibosatsu Pass is located in the boundary of Enzan Koshu city and Kosuge-village Kitatsuru-gun.
Mt. Gangaharasuriyama is well-known for the design of the old 500 yen note.

Therefore, I visited Yanagisawa Pass, the nearest to the Daibosatsu pass,
where I can go by car without climbing.

From the observation station of the Yanagisawa Pass teahouse

It was so fine that Fuji seemed to be dazzling.

Seeing from here, the mountain before the right hand seems to make the form of Fuji lozenge.

I moved to the curved road slightly south of the pass, whereI got a good viewpoint.

It is surely beautiful Fuji. Fortunately was it fine that day.
