Old Shurinji Temple Garden & a maple

I visited this garden on Sep.17, 2006.

Camellia at the left side, Maple at the right side and Hira mountains at the background

UL : Tortoise Islet, UR : Tsukiyama(garden hill) with Camellia
Lower : Crane Islet with Maple

This maple is on the rock of Crane islet, as if it were a big Bonsai.
