2nd Visit to Shanghai Botanic Garden 2004

Shanghai botanic garden was founded at a site for tree cultivation in1974.
As sub gardens, there are divisions for ferns, needle-leaf trees, Magnolia,
Paeonia, Rhododendron, roses, maples, Osmanthus, and bamboo.

On June 30, 2004, I was able to visit Shanghai botanic garden for 40 minutes.

Here you can see many kinds of cultivars of Japanese maples,
so you would feel as if you were in Japanese garden.
It is a pity that these trees don't have their name plates.
So, it is difficult for me to identify these species of maples.
