Vivid autumn colors around the bell tower, "It might be the very encounter with burning colored leaves".

When going down the way by the bell tower, and turning around to the main hall side,
I saw the maples glistening with the sunlight of the afternoon.

Scenery of Main gate "Sanmon", Johjakkohji temple is located on the hillside of Ogura-yama Sagano Kyoto city.

You will see a Deva gate after passing through the main gate.
There are a lot of old maples on both sides of the approach.

The precincts of Johjakkohji temple are full of old maples. The roof of maples everywhere !
