Visit to Enri-an Garden
I visited here on Nov. 21, 2008. It was rainy.
According to Brochure, " Enrian, which is located at the foot of the Ogurayama hill, is an old villa, where FUJIWARA Teika lived and the 'One hundred pieces of poem' was compiled mainly by him. ....... After that the villa was sometimes ruined sometimes restored. ....... A long time has passed, and a new Tea House 'Shigure-tei' was built in 1923 after Teika's villa 'Shigure-tei'."

When we walked the approach and turned to the left , the following scenery appeared.
What kind of scenery will be after going up this stairs?
I looked back on the alley that I had walked.

Enri-an Garden gave us something like a sense of intimacy as our garden.
In a week or so, you would enjoy "Red colored maples" and afterwards, would enjoy "the scarlet carpet of scattered leaves."
