Autumn colors of the Chausuyama Highlands in 1999

It is at the beginning of November, mountains whose height above sea level are about 1000m in Central Japan are at their best in Autumn colors. I went to The Chausu-yama Highlands on Nov.6. It is about 1400m above sea level. Almost all trees were at their best indeed. The sky was blue with some thick clouds, but we could really enjoy brilliant Autumn colors.
