Let me quote the comments by Prof. Ogata.
Miyajimakaede:*1(Consecutive No4) is undoubtedly included in Fukagire-ohmomiji:*2(Consecutive No7) , not belonging to Yamamomiji (,but belonging to Ohmomiji). It is diffcult to consider that an element of var. matsumurae reaches as far as such a southern region.
Anything particular could not be found between Shinano-hauchiwa:*3(Consecutive No15) and Hauchiwakaede:(Consecutive No10).
Momiji-hauchiwa*4(Consecutive No16) and Ezono-itayameigetsu (var. yezoense unshown) are regarded as hybrids between Hauchiwakaede and Ohmomiji.
No difference between Koha-itayameigetsu:*5(Consecutive No21) and Itaya-meigetsu (Consecutive No18).
